Coaching Certification Program

Greater self-awareness leads to better self-management—this has been a core OKA value since our founding in 1977. As leading providers of certification training on over a dozen industry-leading tools and assessments, OKA has honed a deep expertise at exploring and teaching self-awareness and relationship management. With all of these tools—and dozens of leadership and team development training designs, OKA has been a key contributor to the training of many hundreds of coaches. 

In response to repeated client requests, OKA is now taking the final step in offering OKA’s Coaching Certification Program. This immersive, highly interactive, 4-month program will focus on accessing and practicing coaching skills as well as learning tools and industry best practices in leadership and team development.
